Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Five drawers and two doors, with two tray drawers and two removable partitions behind the doors, make the Weekender Chest a dressing chest rather than a plain chest of drawers — 44 inches wide, 19 deep and 60 tall in Universal's Sand Dune knotty-oak finish. The drawers run on soft-close undermount guides, and the bottom drawers are cedar-lined.
Sixty inches of height means it holds a wardrobe on a wall only 44 inches wide: sweaters in the cedar drawers, folded shirts in the tray drawers behind the doors, and the partitions to keep two people's things apart. It stands opposite the Weekender Bed or beside the 72-inch Weekender Dresser in a primary bedroom in Stone Harbor. Levelers and a tip kit are included. It is part of the Coastal Living Home Collection, designed with Coastal Living magazine.
White-glove delivery is available throughout South Jersey (delivery fee applies).

Coastal Living is a licensed collection designed with Coastal Living magazine and built by Universal — relaxed, light, shore-house styling across bedroom, dining and living room pieces.
Universal designs each collection as a set, so the nightstands, dressers and chests share the bed's finish and hardware. A design consultant can confirm which pieces coordinate.
Universal case goods combine hardwood solids with veneers and engineered panels, depending on the collection. Ask our team for the construction details on a specific piece.
