Jonathan Louis is a US-based upholstery house and every piece we carry is built to order for you. Construction takes place at Jonathan Louis facilities in the United States and Mexico. Because every sofa, sectional and chair is made in your chosen fabric, expect a 6-10 week lead time from order to delivery.
Yes — every Jonathan Louis frame we carry is available in over 200 fabric options, from performance weaves to velvets to textured neutrals. Fabric is picked at order time with a design consultant, not from a fixed list of variants online. Come into our Northfield showroom and we'll walk you through the swatch library.
Most Jonathan Louis collections are build-your-own sectionals. You start with anchor pieces — chaise, cuddler, chair-and-a-half — and add connector modules like corner units, armless sofas and wedges to shape the layout to your room. LAF (left-arm-facing) and RAF (right-arm-facing) chaise pieces let you place the chaise on whichever end works. A design consultant maps a configuration to your floor plan.

Cushion fill sets how the seat feels and how it wears over time. Pluma Plush is a down-blend feather-and-fiber wrap — softest, most lived-in feel; needs periodic fluffing. Pure Form is a high-density foam core with a fiber wrap — supportive with a smooth, tailored look. Poly Fiber is a firmer polyester fill — most structured and lowest-maintenance. Each Jonathan Louis frame specifies its cushion fill; a consultant can help you pick the right feel.
Standard lead time on a made-to-order Jonathan Louis piece runs 6-10 weeks depending on the collection, fabric availability and current mill queue. Your consultant confirms the exact lead time when you place the order.
Yes — several Jonathan Louis collections offer sleeper configurations with pull-out mattresses (usually Queen size) hidden inside the sofa frame. Same frame, same cushion look — the sleeper mechanism sits inside the seat deck. Ask a consultant which frames are available as sleepers.

Yes — we deliver throughout South Jersey including Atlantic City, Ocean City, Cape May, Somers Point, Linwood, Margate, Ventnor and the surrounding Shore towns. White-glove setup and old-furniture removal are available.
