Kensington Furniture & Mattress is committed to making kensingtonfurniture.com accessible and usable for everyone, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard navigation.
Our standard. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our benchmark for the website's design and development.
What we're doing. Accessibility is an ongoing effort. In July 2026 we completed a site-wide remediation covering, among other items: text alternatives for images, accessible names for all links, buttons, and form fields, correct heading structure on every page type, visible keyboard-focus indicators throughout the site, keyboard operability of menus and dialogs, and user controls for auto-playing media. We test the site with automated tools and manual keyboard review, and we continue to audit new features and content as they're added.
Third-party content. Some portions of the site rely on third-party applications. We work with those vendors to support accessibility, though we cannot always control their code directly.
