Floor models

Overstock and discontinued

How Outlet buying works

Outlet pieces are sold as-is: you see the piece and its flaw before you buy, and the sale is final. Financing still applies: purchases of $999 or more qualify for $0 down and 0% interest for up to 60 months on the Kensington Synchrony HOME card, subject to credit approval.

How to shop the Outlet

Delivery and pickup

We deliver throughout South Jersey: Atlantic City, Ocean City, Cape May, Somers Point, Linwood, Margate, Ventnor, Galloway, Mays Landing and the Shore towns between. In-stock pieces are available for pickup or fast delivery.

Delivery is white-glove: our crew brings the piece in, sets it up in the room and takes the packaging away. Removal of old furniture or a mattress is available for a charge and has to be arranged when you schedule the delivery.

Outlet terms

Outlet pieces are sold as-is: floor models and scratch-and-dent pieces are shown to you with their flaw before you buy, and the sale is final. Overstock and doorbuster pieces are new and carry the maker's standard warranty.

Where is the Kensington Furniture Outlet?

What does "up to 80% off" mean in the Outlet?
The discount is against the piece's original selling price and depends on why it is in the Outlet. Floor models and overstock sit lower on that range; discontinued colors and scratch-and-dent pieces sit at the top, up to 90% off for scratch and dent.
What counts as scratch and dent?
A cosmetic flaw that does not affect how the piece works: a scuffed corner on a dresser, a small dent on the side of a sofa frame, a mark on a table top. We point the flaw out before you buy, and the price reflects it.
Can I buy Outlet furniture online?
Some of it. Doorbusters and a few Outlet pieces are listed on this page and can be ordered online. Scratch-and-dent pieces are not listed because each one is unique; they sell on the Outlet floor only.
Are Outlet pieces returnable?
No. Outlet pieces are sold as-is and the sale is final, which is why we show you the piece and any flaw before you buy. Doorbusters are new, current-catalog pieces and follow the store's normal return policy.
Do Outlet pieces have a warranty?
Overstock and doorbuster pieces are new and carry the maker's standard warranty. Floor models and scratch-and-dent pieces are sold as-is, without a warranty, at a price that reflects it.
Can I finance an Outlet purchase?

How often does the Outlet change?
