Ensure that your new piece can easily fit through all doors, hallways, and stairways it will need to pass through during delivery. Take measurements of door frames, hallways, and stairwells to ensure a smooth entry.
STEP 3
Review the dimensions of the furniture you’re purchasing, which are listed on each product page. Make sure to account for any additional space that might be needed for cushions, handles, or other features.
STEP 4
Leave enough space around the furniture for comfortable use and easy movement. A good rule of thumb is to allow at least 2 feet of clearance on all sides, particularly for walkways and seating areas.
