Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Two tones carry the Veil Dresser: a deep Veil case and six drawer fronts in Haze, Universal's figured walnut veneer, pulled with Smoked Gold hardware. The top left and right drawers each hold a removable black felt-lined jewelry tray. The case runs 68 inches wide, 19 deep and 35 tall — a low dresser that leaves wall above it for the 36-by-46-inch Veil Mirror.
It is the dresser of the Mist & Veil sub-line in Universal's Modern collection, drawn for the Veil Panel Bed and the Haze or Mist nightstands, which repeat the Haze fronts at the bedside. The 35-inch height also suits a television in a bedroom, with the screen on top at a comfortable height from the bed.
You can see comparable Universal case goods in our Northfield showroom, and white-glove delivery is available (delivery fee applies).
