Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Eighty-six inches tall with a rounded top, metal doors on a wood case and an LED light strip inside, the Scribe Cabinet is the tall piece in Universal's Avaline collection — 46 inches wide and 18 deep in the Skylark finish, with three adjustable shelves and one fixed wood shelf behind the doors. Adjustable levelers steady it on the floor.
It is a lit bar cabinet in a living room, a china cabinet in a dining room behind the Volpi Dining Table, or the closet a guest room does not have. The metal doors are the modern note against the Skylark wood; the rounded top keeps 86 inches from looking like a wall. Universal drew the Avaline line in High Point, North Carolina.
Our Northfield design consultants can help you place a piece this tall. White-glove delivery is available (delivery fee applies).
