Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Curved all the way around, with a back only 30 inches tall, the Sara Swivel Chair is a low, rounded swivel chair that comes as shown in Nona Vanilla with exposed wood in Universal's Brownstone finish. It is 32 inches wide and 35 deep; the seat is 24 inches deep and 20 inches from the floor.
A 30-inch back and a 24-inch seat make it a chair to sit back in and look out from — low enough not to block a window, deep enough to settle into. A pair of them across from a sofa does the work of a loveseat, and in a Galloway sunroom turned toward the glass they are the seats that get taken first. Universal designs the piece in High Point, North Carolina.
