Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Gray stone set into a charcoal rim: the Sable Side Table carries an inset Dark Gray Travertine top on a 23-inch round, two-tiered table 25 inches tall, finished in Universal's Sable with adjustable levelers in the feet. It is the dark twin of the Desert Side Table in the Sable & Desert line.
Universal suggests it for the bedside as readily as the sofa, and 25 inches suits both — beside the Sable Bed as a compact nightstand, or next to a sofa with the lower tier holding what the top does not. It matches the Sable and Stone Cocktail Table and the Sable Console Table, which carry the same inset travertine.
Not sure it fits through the door or up the stairs? Will it fit? Our delivery guide

Universal designs occasional tables to coordinate with its living room collections. A design consultant can pull together the pieces that work with this one.
End tables are sized to sit beside a sofa or chair arm; accent and spot tables are smaller and move where you need them. Check the height against your seating.
Most Universal collections include coordinating pieces — beds, nightstands, dressers, tables and seating designed to work together. A design consultant can show you what's available in the current line.
