Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Charcoal wood around gray stone: the Sable Console Table sets an inset Dark Gray Travertine top inside a frame finished in Universal's Sable, across 74 inches of length, 20 inches of depth and a 32-inch height, with adjustable levelers in the feet. It is the dark version of the Desert Console Table in the Sable & Desert line.
Thirty-two inches puts the top just above most sofa backs, so a lamp on it clears the cushions; the 20-inch depth holds a lamp, a tray and a stack of books with room left. In a dining room it is a sideboard without doors. Match it to the Sable and Stone Cocktail Table and the Sable Side Table, which share the inset travertine, or set it against the pale Desert pieces for contrast.
Our design consultants can lay the room out with you.
