Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
River Rock, the light finish in Universal's Dwell collection, turns the Display Cabinet into a pale column of glass and light: 28 inches wide, 18 deep and 85 tall, with two doors on Euro hinges, one stationary shelf, two adjustable wood shelves with inset glass, and LED strips down the left and right sides. A metal base with adjustable levelers carries the case.
The edge lighting is the point — it washes across the shelves instead of pooling on the top one, so a lower shelf of glassware shows as well as the top. In a shore house in Wildwood where the dining area is part of one open room, the slim footprint lets it stand where a buffet would not fit. The same cabinet in the medium-brown Boulder finish is the darker option.
White-glove delivery is available (delivery fee applies), or pick up at the store.
