Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Woven Slimit over the whole frame and a removable back pillow in Nomad Snow: the Oasis Lounge Chair is the lighter of the two lounge chairs in Universal's Oasis collection, 28 inches wide, 30 deep and 32 tall, with the seat 17 inches from the floor on cream glides.
The weave is the same material as the Oasis Dining Chair and the Oasis Stool, and the pillow lifts off when you want the chair plain or the cover cleaned. It is sized for a corner — a bedroom reading chair, the end of a hallway landing, one of a pair in a Northfield living room flanking a console. The Coastal Living Home Collection, which Universal designs with Coastal Living magazine, is where the Oasis pieces come from, and comparable Universal chairs are in our showroom to try.
