Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Curves cut through the Aged Satin Pewter base of the Moda Console Table, leaving as much open space as metal, under a White Banswara stone top with a honed finish — 64 inches long, 14 deep and 30 tall, with adjustable levelers in the feet. It is from the New Modern group of Universal's Modern collection, designed in High Point, North Carolina.
Fourteen inches deep is a hallway or sofa-table depth; 30 inches lines up with a sofa back. The white stone and the soft pewter read light, so the piece fits a narrow entry without closing it in. In a dining room it is a serving ledge where a cabinet would be too deep. The Daxton and Quill consoles are the travertine-topped alternatives in the same line.
White-glove delivery is available (delivery fee applies), or pick up at the store in Northfield.
