Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Rattan in a fishbone weave, bent into a curved shell, holds the Nomad Snow cushions of the Key Largo Lounge Chair — the most sculptural seat in Universal's Oasis living room. It is a wide, low chair: 34 inches across, 35 deep and 31 tall, proportioned for sitting back rather than sitting up.
It is the chair by the window — the one a guest takes first — and because the frame is an open weave it does not block light the way an upholstered club chair does. It comes as shown in Nomad Snow. Pair it with the Abaca Cocktail Table or a Coral Cocktail Table and the Oasis Stool as a footrest; the Oasis Lounge Chair in woven Slimit is the narrower companion. The Oasis group is part of Universal's Coastal Living Home Collection.
