Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Skirted to the floor and set on a swivel-glider base, the Jocelyn Swivel Glider Chair hides its motion under a tailored skirt. It comes as shown in Rush Toffee, a fabric of 83 percent polyester and 17 percent cotton, and measures 30 inches wide, 39 deep and 40 tall, with a 22-inch-deep seat 19 inches from the floor and arms at 25.
The skirt makes it the swivel chair for a traditional room — no legs, no visible base — and the glide makes it the chair that ends up in the nursery of a Brigantine shore house. At 30 inches wide, two fit where one large club chair would, and the toffee cover is the same Rush Toffee that stripes the Hudson Sofa's pillows.
Not sure it fits through the door or up the stairs? Will it fit? Our delivery guide
