Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
On casters, with one open shelf below the top, the Hermosa Cocktail Table rolls out of the way when the room needs the floor — a 50-by-28-inch table, 17 inches tall, in Universal's White Sand finish from the Weekender collection, part of the Coastal Living Home Collection.
The shelf takes the books and the board games; the top stays clear. Seventeen inches is close to seat height on most sofas, and the 50-inch length suits a sofa of 80 inches or more. In a living room in Northfield with kids who need the rug on a rainy day, the casters earn their place. The white finish matches the Hermosa End Tables and Hermosa Console; the Weekender Cocktail Table in Sand Dune is the wood-tone alternative.
