Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Swept arms and a concealed swivel base make the Henri Swivel Chair a lounge chair that turns to face the conversation without looking like a swivel chair. It is 34 inches wide, 39 deep and 41 tall, with the seat 21 inches from the floor and 22 inches deep and the arms at 26, and it comes as shown in Glenpark Slate, a tailored plaid.
The plaid is the point: a patterned chair across from a plain sofa, or a pair angled toward a fireplace, gives a room its second fabric without a second color. It is the chair Universal draws beside the Henri Sofa in Monique Linen, and the two share the same swept arm and the same 21-inch seat height. Universal designs its upholstery in High Point, North Carolina.
Not sure it fits through the door or up the stairs? Will it fit? Our delivery guide
It sits on a concealed swivel base and turns in either direction; the base is hidden under the chair so it reads as a fixed lounge chair.
34 inches wide, 39 inches deep, 41 inches tall. Seat depth 22 inches, seat height 21 inches, arm height 26 inches.
The stocked cover — a tailored plaid in slate tones.
Yes. The Henri Sofa comes in Monique Linen, a plain ivory weave, with the same swept arms and 21-inch seat height, so the plaid chair and plain sofa are drawn as a pair.
The arms are 26 inches high, so an end table between 24 and 28 inches sits level with them.
