Layered panels step across the headboard of the Getaway Panel Bed, a king from Universal's Getaway collection in the Sea Oat finish, a neutral. The frame is 79 inches wide and 86 long, with the headboard at 58 inches. It works either way for a foundation: the side rails are reversible, and Universal offers an optional slat roll, so the bed takes a mattress and box spring or a mattress only.
Getaway is one of the groups in the Coastal Living Home Collection, which Universal designs under license with Coastal Living magazine, and it is the calm end of that line — no color, just the panel shadows. The Getaway Dresser, 68 inches wide with nine drawers, and the Getaway Drawer Nightstand with its inset white stone top match the finish. This listing is the king.
The Mattress Store inside our Northfield showroom runs a 7-minute pressure-mapping test if the mattress is next. White-glove delivery is available throughout South Jersey (delivery fee applies).
