Three upholstered stools slide under an 82-inch console in this two-in-one from Universal: the Essence Console Table with Stools is a wood-topped table, 16 inches deep and 38 tall, in the Meringue finish, with three 16-by-14-inch stools at 26 inches high covered in Coconut Metal — a fabric of 61% olefin, 37% cotton and 2% polyester.
Against the wall it is a hallway or sofa-back console with the stools hidden; pulled out, it is a 38-inch-high counter for three — a breakfast bar in a kitchen with no island, a homework counter, extra seating when the dining table is full. The 12-inch difference between seat height and table height is standard counter-stool clearance.
