Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Emperador stone, a honed marble with its own veining, is inset into the top of the Emperador Nightstand, over two drawers and an open shelf in a case finished in Universal's deep Fenwick tone with Dusty Bronze hardware. One USB port, one USB-C port and two outlets are built in; the drawers run on soft-close guides. It is 33 inches wide, 18 deep and 29 tall.
The stone top is the reason to choose it over the all-wood Fenwick Nightstand: the glass of water, the candle and the phone all sit on marble. The open shelf takes the book stack. At 33 inches it holds its own beside a king bed, and because every slab of Emperador veins differently, no two tops are quite alike.
White-glove delivery is available (delivery fee applies), or pick up at the store in Northfield.
