Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Button-tufted Nehir Sand leather across a 98-inch frame finished in Sienna — the Duncan Sofa is the dressed-up sofa among Universal's stocked covers, 36 inches deep and 32 tall with a 22-inch seat height and a 25-inch seat depth.
Tufting on leather is a traditional detail, and the low 32-inch back and exposed Sienna frame keep it from reading as a club-room piece. The 36-inch depth is shallower than most sofas, so it fits a narrower room or sits against the wall of a Northfield living room without pushing the cocktail table into the walkway. Nehir Sand is a pale leather; the Chloe Swivel Chair in Nehir Caribou is the same leather family in brown.
White-glove delivery is available (delivery fee applies).
