Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Grained teak tops — Universal's spec calls them Teak Shield — on anthracite powder-coated tapered legs make up the Driftwood Nesting Tables, a pair from the Oasis collection: the larger is 33 inches square and 15 tall, the smaller 26 inches square and 18 tall.
Universal lists them with its outdoor tables, and the materials say why: teak and a powder-coated frame are what a covered porch asks for. Use the two together in front of a sectional, or split them — the low one as a cocktail table, the taller one beside a chair. On a Sea Isle City porch, rinse the salt spray off the legs now and then and bring the tables inside for the winter.
The Coastal Living Home Collection, designed with Coastal Living magazine, is where the Oasis pieces come from.

Teak tops — Teak Shield in Universal's spec — on tapered legs powder-coated in anthracite.
Universal lists them as outdoor tables. For a shore porch, rinse salt spray off and store them indoors over the winter.
They are sold as a pair; note the smaller table is 18 inches tall and the larger 15, so ask our team how the two stack before you plan a tight spot.
The Cliffside concrete tables, also outdoor rated; indoors, the teak picks up the Dockside oak pieces.

Universal designs occasional tables to coordinate with its living room collections. A design consultant can pull together the pieces that work with this one.
End tables are sized to sit beside a sofa or chair arm; accent and spot tables are smaller and move where you need them. Check the height against your seating.
Most Universal collections include coordinating pieces — beds, nightstands, dressers, tables and seating designed to work together. A design consultant can show you what's available in the current line.
