Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Luminance Caribou leather on a curved, open-backed swivel chair: the Drew Swivel Chair is 32 inches wide, 32 deep and 32 tall — a cube in outline — with slim arms built into the curve of the back, a rounded seat 20 inches high and 24 deep, and the arms at 25.
The open back is the detail — a gap between the seat and the curve of the back that lets light through and makes the chair look lighter than a closed barrel chair. The swivel base is concealed under the seat. In a Linwood living room with a linen sofa, the brown leather is the piece that keeps the room from being all one tone; the same chair comes in Ravina Cub fabric for a softer look.
