Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Prefer a wood headboard to an upholstered one? The Desert Panel Bed is the Sable & Desert line's answer: a plain panel headboard in Universal's pale Desert finish, 60 inches tall. The queen is 65 inches wide and 86 inches long; the king is 81 inches wide. Either size works with a mattress and box spring or with a mattress only, so the foundation you own is not a problem.
The finish is a light, neutral wood tone that carries across the Desert Dune Chest, the Desert dressers and the Desert Mirror. Choosing the panel bed over the upholstered Desert Bed is a question of look and upkeep: no fabric to keep clean, a slimmer headboard, 2 inches less height.
Our design consultants can put the whole Desert bedroom together with you, and the Mattress Store in our showroom has a 7-minute pressure-mapping test.
Not sure it fits through the door or up the stairs? Will it fit? Our delivery guide
