Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Honed White Travertine, cut into a 16-inch square block that stands 21 inches tall — the Daxton Accent Table is a piece of stone first and a table second. The honed finish is matte rather than polished, so the travertine's pores and veining show without glare, and felt pads on the bottom protect a wood floor.
At 21 inches it sits just under the arm of a sofa, or beside a bed in a Northfield guest room as a small nightstand, and because it is solid it holds a lamp without wobble. The Daxton Cocktail Table and Daxton Console Table are the same honed travertine in larger pieces; the Meadow Dining Table carries it onto the dining room table top.
Not sure it fits through the door or up the stairs? Will it fit? Our delivery guide
White Travertine, a natural stone, with a honed finish.
16 inches wide, 16 inches deep, 21 inches tall.
A matte, smooth finish rather than a glossy polish — the stone's texture shows without reflection.
It has felt pads on the bottom; the stone is heavy, so lift it rather than drag it.
The Daxton Cocktail Table and Daxton Console Table in the same honed White Travertine, and the Travertine Mirror.
