Cast concrete in a soft Ash tone, 50 inches long, 32 wide and 17 inches tall — the Concrete Cocktail Table is the heaviest-looking piece in Universal's Sable & Desert group, and the plainest: a rounded slab with no shelf, no drawer and nothing to distract from the material. Adjustable levelers in the base keep it from rocking.
Seventeen inches is right at sofa-seat height, and the 50-inch length suits a sofa from about 80 inches up. Concrete reads cool against the warm Sable and Desert woods, and the Concrete Side Table in the same cast material is its partner at the sofa's arm. In a living room in Atlantic City with a lot of glass, a concrete table holds its own where wood can look thin.
Concrete is heavy; white-glove delivery is available (delivery fee applies) and the crew sets it where you want it.
