Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Five drawers in a 42-inch-wide, 57-inch-tall case, 18 inches deep, all in the Cocoa finish — the five-drawer Montclair Cocoa Chest is the tall storage piece of the bedroom, the one that uses wall height where a dresser would use wall width.
It stands in for a dresser in a room with one narrow wall between the windows, or joins the nine-drawer Cocoa Dresser in a larger bedroom so two people have separate storage. Five drawers of the same width stack sweaters, jeans and folded shirts without sorting by drawer size.
The Cocoa Bed, Cocoa Nightstands and Cocoa Bench complete the set in the same finish. White-glove delivery is available (delivery fee applies), or pick up at the store.
Not sure it fits through the door or up the stairs? Will it fit? Our delivery guide
Five.
42 inches wide, 18 inches deep, 57 inches tall.
A chest uses height — 57 inches on a 42-inch wall; the Cocoa Dresser uses width, at 74 inches wide and 36 tall, and takes a mirror.
No. That one is 36 inches tall with two reeded doors over shelves; this one is 57 inches tall with five drawers.
Cocoa, Universal's deep finish for the Montclair collection.

Coastal Living is a licensed collection designed with Coastal Living magazine and built by Universal — relaxed, light, shore-house styling across bedroom, dining and living room pieces.
Universal designs each collection as a set, so the nightstands, dressers and chests share the bed's finish and hardware. A design consultant can confirm which pieces coordinate.
Universal case goods combine hardwood solids with veneers and engineered panels, depending on the collection. Ask our team for the construction details on a specific piece.
