An oval back is the softer line in Universal's Birchaven dining chairs, and the Brindle Oval Side Chair carries it in the deep Brindle finish with a seat upholstered in Bilma Natural. The seat is 19 inches from the floor; the chair is 21 inches wide, 25 deep and 40 inches tall at the top of the back.
It is drawn for the Brindle Dining Table, 74 inches long and extending to 110, where six to eight of these sit at the closed length and ten with both leaves in. The 40-inch back gives the table presence; the Brindle Side Chair, at 34 inches, is the lower-profile alternative, and the two mix well with the oval chairs at the ends.
