Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Four drawers in a row, one long shelf below, metal legs and metal hardware on a case finished in Universal's Rolling Fog — the Barber Console runs 80 inches along a wall and only 14 inches out from it, at 34 inches tall. Adjustable levelers keep it steady on an old floor.
Eighty inches is sofa-table length for a large sofa, and 14 inches of depth is what makes it work in a Margate hallway: it holds the mail, the keys and a lamp on top, with the drawers for what needs to disappear and the shelf for baskets. Under a wall-mounted television it is a media console with four drawers of remotes and cables. It matches the Coalesce Cocktail Table and the Boer Accent Table in Rolling Fog.
White-glove delivery is available (delivery fee applies), or pick up at the store.
