Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Apartment-scale at 84 inches, the Augustine Slipcover Apartment Sofa keeps the Augustine frame's low, relaxed profile and dresses it in a removable Tuscan Natural slipcover. It is 39 inches deep and 37 inches tall.
Eighty-four inches is the length that fits a condo living room or a second-floor sitting room in Ventnor where a 96-inch sofa would block the door — it seats three, but in a room that cannot take a full sofa. The slipcover is the practical part: it comes off when it needs to, which a tight-upholstered sofa cannot offer. For a matching chair, the Augustine Slipcover Swivel Glider wears the same cover, and the Sleeper Sofa version adds a fold-out bed.
Not sure it fits through the door or up the stairs? Will it fit? Our delivery guide

The length — 84 inches instead of the 96 to 98 inches of a full-size sofa — so it fits a smaller room while still seating three.
