Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Three legs instead of four, and a shell of curves and angles upholstered in Melic Dune — the Arlo Accent Chair from Universal's New Modern group is 32 inches wide, 30 deep and 31 tall, with the seat 20 inches from the floor and the arms at 27.
It is a chair for the corner that needs one object: beside a window, at the end of a hallway, across from a sofa in a living room in Absecon. The low 31-inch back keeps it from blocking a view, and the three-leg base reads as sculpture from any angle. Melic Dune is the stocked cover, the same fabric as the Evo Stool, which makes a natural footrest for it. Special-order covers may be available through our team.

The base is a trio of legs — the design signature of the chair, and the reason it reads as sculpture from the side.
