Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Wrapped in natural abaca fiber from top to foot, the Abaca Nesting Tables are a pair: the large one is 24 inches wide, 16 deep and 24 tall, and the small one, 19 inches wide and 22 tall, slides underneath it. Both belong to the Oasis group of Universal's Coastal Living Home Collection.
Nested, they take one end table's footprint; pulled apart, the small one goes wherever a guest sets a drink. The abaca matches the Abaca Side Table and the Octagonal Side Table, so a living room in Avalon can carry one fiber across three pieces.
Not sure it fits through the door or up the stairs? Will it fit? Our delivery guide
The large table is 24 inches wide, 16 inches deep and 24 inches tall; the small one is 19 inches wide, 16 deep and 22 tall.
A natural plant fiber, wrapped around the frame of each table. Universal lists the finish simply as Abaca.
The small table slides under the large one, so nested they take only the large table's footprint.
Yes for most sofas, whose arms sit at about 22 to 26 inches. The 22-inch small table suits a lower chair.
The Abaca Side Table, with its Travertine Beige stone top, and the Octagonal Side Table use the same wrapped abaca.

Universal designs occasional tables to coordinate with its living room collections. A design consultant can pull together the pieces that work with this one.
End tables are sized to sit beside a sofa or chair arm; accent and spot tables are smaller and move where you need them. Check the height against your seating.
Most Universal collections include coordinating pieces — beds, nightstands, dressers, tables and seating designed to work together. A design consultant can show you what's available in the current line.
