Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
The Windsor chair, modernized. Riverside keeps the round spindles and arched top rail that make the form a classic, then cleans up the lines for contemporary dining rooms. A saddle-shaped cutout in the wood seat adds comfort you might not expect from an all-wood chair, and side stretchers reinforce the frame for everyday use.
Built from select hardwoods and painted in White Caps, it sits at a standard 18-inch seat height and pairs naturally with the rest of the Rosalie dining pieces — or brightens a table you already own. It works as hard at everyday breakfasts as it does when you are hosting.
From Avalon shore houses to year-round homes, this is a practical way to bring coastal style to the table. See comparable Riverside dining pieces at our Northfield store before you commit to a set.
Not sure it fits through the door or up the stairs? Will it fit? Our delivery guide
The seat height is 18 inches, which suits standard-height dining tables. Overall, the chair is 23 inches wide, 22.25 inches deep, and 34 inches high.
The seat has a saddle-shaped cutout, so it is contoured rather than flat — a traditional Windsor detail that makes long dinners easier.
Yes, the Rosalie side chair is also offered in the Cabana Blue finish. This version is White Caps.
It is built from select hardwoods with side stretchers between the legs for added strength, plus round spindles and an arched top rail.
