What does “left-arm facing / right-arm facing” mean?

Those terms describe orientation when you face the piece. If the armrest is on your left as you face it, it’s “LAF” (left-arm facing); if on your right, “RAF.” In Modmax 4-piece chaise, you’ll see LAF corner chaise and RAF corner chair (or vice versa, depending on configuration).

How deep are the seats? Is the chaise long enough to stretch out?

The overall depth of the chaise portion is ~68″ in many listings, giving a generous lounge area.The regular depth of chairs is ~37″ depth for armless / corner units in many specs.

Will it sag or lose shape over time?
