Dining at its smallest sensible size: Mallenette's 35-by-34-inch table with two 34-inch-back chairs — a bistro-scale trio for the apartment corner, the studio wall, or the kitchen that only ever seats two. Three casual pieces, minimal commitment.
Pushed to a wall it needs barely nine square feet; morning coffee finally gets an address.
Not sure it fits through the door or up the stairs? Will it fit? Our delivery guide
The Mallenette dining table and two chairs.
35 by 34 inches at standard 30-inch height.
It is designed for two; a third squeezes for coffee, not dinner.
About 6 by 6 feet free-standing; less against a wall.
Apartments, studios, and breakfast nooks — anywhere full dining sets refuse to fit.
