The Lyncott's headboard hangs like a sling — cushioned fabric suspended in a solid wood frame on tapered legs, a genuinely mid-century detail that most upholstered beds only gesture at. In brown-toned fabric over a medium-brown wood frame, it warms a contemporary bedroom without shouting.

This is the California king: longer than a standard king, made for tall sleepers. The frame is solid wood with natural variation that's part of the material's character. Foundation or box spring is required (sold separately), and The Mattress Store inside our Northfield showroom can pair the right Cal King mattress — a size worth comfort-testing, since it's a long-term relationship.
