Family-owned since 1912. One store at 200 Tilton Road, Northfield, NJ 08225. Questions about this piece: 609-241-0807.
Daytime, the Larimer is a clean 88-inch track-arm sofa in iron gray; guest night, the cushions lift and a bi-fold queen memory foam mattress unfolds on a supportive deck. That included mattress is the detail that separates a sleeper people apologize for from one guests ask about.
The transitional styling — soft durable polyester, accent pillows included, exposed feet in a faux wood finish — means it reads as a sofa first, which is what a living room needs the other 350 nights a year. A reinforced frame handles the double duty. If your Ocean City place hosts summer overflow, this is the piece to come try the fold-out on in Northfield.
Not sure it fits through the door or up the stairs? Will it fit? Our delivery guide
Queen — with an included bi-fold memory foam mattress that sits on a supportive deck.
It's memory foam rather than the thin sprung pads of older sleepers — a real night's sleep for guests. Try the mechanism in our showroom.
88 inches wide, 40 inches deep, about 38 inches high as a sofa.
The cushions lift off and the bi-fold frame pulls up and out — one person can do it. Come work it yourself in the showroom.
