Seventy inches of sofa, scaled for real floor plans. The Kelsey Condo Sofa takes the collection's clean square profile and trims the length for tighter living rooms — a Ventnor walk-up, an Absecon ranch den — while keeping a full 25-inch seat depth so nobody feels shortchanged.
The look is contemporary and crisp: square track arms at 27.5 inches, loose back cushions, and six-inch dark wood legs that keep the piece feeling visually light. The cover is yours to decide — order it in your pick from hundreds of fabrics with a design consultant.
Made in the USA with imported materials, it is proof that a smaller sofa does not have to feel like a compromise.
Not sure it fits through the door or up the stairs? Will it fit? Our delivery guide
A shorter-length sofa — this one is 70 inches wide — sized for apartments, condos, and smaller living rooms while keeping full-depth seating.
The seat depth is 25 inches, the seat height is 18 inches, and the square track arms stand 27.5 inches high.

Six-inch legs in a dark wood tone, which keep the profile open and give the sofa a lighter contemporary stance.
