Drop the arms and nearly every inch goes to seating. That's the logic of the Carlin Armless Condo Sofa: 63 inches wide, with the same 29-inch-deep seats, Super Plush premium foam cushions, and movable pillow back as the rest of the Carlin collection — minus the bulk that keeps big comfort out of small rooms.
It earns the condo name in tight apartments, Linwood dens, and narrow shore-house living rooms where a standard sofa won't clear the layout. It also works as a bridge piece beside other Carlin components. Made to order in the USA; order it in your pick from hundreds of fabrics with a design consultant. Contact us or stop in for current pricing on your configuration.
Not sure it fits through the door or up the stairs? Will it fit? Our delivery guide
A scaled-down sofa built for tighter spaces. This armless version is 63 inches wide, so it fits rooms, condos, and apartments that a standard sofa would overwhelm.
It measures 63 inches wide, 43 inches deep, and 26 inches high, with a 29-inch seat depth and an 18-inch seat height.
It uses the same deep seats and Super Plush premium foam cushions as the rest of the Carlin collection, with loose back pillows you can arrange for support.
Upholstery is chosen in person from hundreds of Jonathan Louis fabrics with a design consultant at our Northfield store.
