Condo sofa is Jonathan Louis's name for a full sofa trimmed to apartment scale. The Artemis Condo Sofa keeps the collection's proportions — 38-inch depth, 22-inch seat depth, loose back cushions — but brings the width down to 79 inches, a difference that matters in a Ventnor walk-up or a den where every inch is spoken for.
Because it's part of the Choices program, the fabric is yours to decide: made to order in the USA in your pick from hundreds of options, selected with a design consultant, with arm and leg styles to tailor as well. Poly fiber cushion fill and a dark wood tone on the low legs finish it quietly. If you're deciding between this and the 87-inch Artemis Sofa, bring measurements and we'll talk it through.
Not sure it fits through the door or up the stairs? Will it fit? Our delivery guide

At 79 by 38 by 30 inches it's compact for a full sofa, but bring your doorway and hallway measurements and our team will help you confirm the path.
