Under the Medium Tight-Top's 3 inches of GOLS-certified organic Dunlop latex sit up to 2,588 individually encased coils in two layers, zoned and edge-reinforced. The surface adapts to your shape in a way one coil layer cannot, while the feel stays medium and supportive.
