The Ultra Plush is the Green Mattress for people who tried plush and still wanted more give. Avocado builds it as a box-top: 3 inches of soft Pure Talalay latex in a sewn chamber above 3 inches of GOLS-certified organic Dunlop latex and up to 1,379 individually wrapped coils in zoned support. Talalay is the airier latex, and here it does the pressure-relief work for shoulders and hips.
It is a side sleeper's mattress first, and a good match for lighter frames. Under the Talalay, the Dunlop core and coils keep it from feeling like a soft foam bed. Organic cotton cover, organic wool, no polyurethane foam, no chemical flame retardants, no fiberglass.

A separate, taller comfort chamber sewn on top of the mattress with its own border, rather than a quilted pillow-top. On the Ultra Plush that chamber holds 3 inches of soft Pure Talalay latex, which is what gives it the deep, floating feel.
Dedicated side sleepers, lighter sleepers, and anyone who needs real pressure relief at the shoulder and hip. If you sleep mostly on your back or stomach, the Plush or the Medium will feel more supportive.
Both are natural latex. Dunlop is denser and more supportive, which is why it is the core of every Green Mattress; Talalay is lighter and springier, which is why Avocado uses it in the box-top for a softer surface.
