- Quality Check: Before we bring your furniture to your home, our trained professionals inspect and prepare it carefully.
- Payment: Please make sure to pay for your furniture in full at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date.
- Delivery Scheduling: We'll get in touch with you once your furniture arrives at our warehouse. During this call, we'll arrange a delivery date, confirm your address, and update your contact details.
- Delivery Days: Unfortunately, we do not offer deliveries on certain days, but we can provide more information if you inquire.
- Delivery Confirmation: The day before your delivery, we'll call to confirm a two-hour window when you can expect your furniture.
- Rescheduling or Changes: If you need to reschedule your delivery or make any changes to your order, please contact our customer service team at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Otherwise, there may be a restocking fee.
Prepare Your Room: Before we deliver your furniture, make sure your room is empty and ready. Our team can't move or take away your old furniture.
Delivery Notification: We'll send you a text 30 minutes before we arrive at your home. If there are any unexpected delays, like traffic or natural disasters, we'll try to let you know.
Age Requirement: To accept the delivery, there must be a responsible person who's at least 18 years old present at your home.

In-Store Pickup Option: You can pick up your items at our Northfield, NJ location. Just select "In-Store Pickup" during your online shopping checkout to avoid delivery fees. We'll let you know when your items are ready for pickup through phone and/or email.
Assembly Fee: Some items might need a bit of assembly, and there will be a standard setup fee for that.
